Ferrari 458 Italia

Modeled in Zmodeler 1.07b without blueprints ('cause they don't exist anyway). Screen Captures taken from Deep Exploration 5.7...
Very few reference pics available, so it's hard to model details, but i try.

Did normals, logo, something here and there... and finally could see how it's gonna look rendered:


It's a paint material i really like and gonna use for a while, so get used to it


Next i'm gonna model headlights and recycle that front horse logo off my F50

The first time I saw this Ferrari it was just ugly, but now the side & rear is growing on me but the front still looks very busy design. Anyways, the mesh on what u made is really accurate & it looks superb but I think u should wait for that rear end since I think there will be a rear wing or not & it looks incomplete. Again great work.

Very beautiful Ferrari imo. I don't dig the design of the headlights too much
but i can live with it. And the model you started is beautiful just like the car
itself. Keep going.
And how's the Diablo going ? It can't run anywhere, just to ask.

Nice progress,and no I don't prefere the Bentley over a Ferrari,but I am more into luxury sedans then coupe's.

Didn't see you on a forum for a long time . Well, this Ferrari is the same like Enzo, you either love it or hate it. I didn't like the Enzo at first, but then i fell in love with it and even modeled it (if you remember from nfscars). About the rear end, well, if you mean by that ''incomplete'' a fact that on the first pics released there was no spoiler, you should check latests photos (not the studio renders) of the production model. Thanks man . When i first saw the 458 i was like WTF, but then i studied the lines and details closely, it's a very well designed car and very beautiful.

Hehehe, I know long time writing on this forum but I am there in the contest forum . Anyways back on the topic, yes I gonna agree with that on this car & enzo too, but it might take some time to grow on me since the front bumper remind of the f355 & f348 a mix of both or maybe its just me
