Well here's an update on front
Its all nice but I don't have any idea, how I'm going to model headlights :S

make it a blind car XD like that you don't need to think about head lights XD

xD lol of course i do but turbo smooth. you see that poly count is 9k :S
well because im going for beauty and all fancy looking i'm using shell modifier which all most triples the poly count, and then turbo smooth triples that :S and that is the rendering scene,

so it has 56k polys now and whit out shell modifier it has 28k

PS. here is one render whit just turbo smooth
and one whit out anything so just poly i used 9k

next thing I'll try is to work whit larger poly count and not to use turbo smooth , but then i cant use shell... ahh well If you go for game models then you defo. don't use shell modifier.

so here is just no shell whit smooth and with both inactive
