forum upgrade

hey there..
so, yesterday, i asked Salim if i could make an update to this forum, cuz i think the current one is kinda outdated. He said i could do it, i could make it in a style to the current 3D contest. anyways, when i browsed through the forum, i saw the layout had to be remade.. i asked Salim if i could do so, and he said yes to it,.
so in the next couple of days, u should expect an update.

here's what i intend to do:
Header
Banner (DONE)
Misc. Icons (DONE)
The categories, etc


If anyone things there should be made some more things, feel free to post it here.

Nice modifications. The new layout really makes browsing through the different topics a lot easier now. Thanks a bunch.

My Suggestions:
- Make alternating posts in different colors (eg. black & dark gray)
- Try to replace the phpbb icons like the "Quote" and "Edit" buttons
- Make the font size for posts a little bigger
- Have a white (or any light color) line or bar to help us distinguish between post text and signature text

if i'd be you i'd use more blue in the skin

Salim asked for a yellow/gold theme... so no blues..

Hmm.. Maybe replace the Profile buttons, etc.

the header is updated, but i think i have to rework the home and logout/in buttons, cuz they look noisy on the edges..

btw, who noticed the new section ?
